CertiKAlert reports the whitehat who triggered the Elements flaw on Liquid returned 3400 BTC while retaining 598.5 BTC at 15 percent.
CertiKAlert stated that the whitehat returned 3,400 BTC to Liquid_BTC and retained 598.5 BTC, equal to 15 percent of the total.
The return follows the earlier Elements validation flaw that permitted unbacked L-BTC to clear Liquid's 11-of-15 peg-out threshold.
