Galaxy identified roughly 1,779 BTC stolen from 190 victims across more than 8,600 addresses as of mid-August through Wave 3 attacks on Coldcard devices.
The exploiter has moved 45% of those funds, according to the firm's on-chain tracking.
Current location and control of the remaining 55% of funds is unknown, as is any recovery action or law-enforcement involvement.
