Ontology restarted mainnet block production on Sept. 2 after an emergency pause that began Aug. 31. The protocol attributed the halt to malicious activity but stated that user assets were not compromised.
All sync-node operators must upgrade to version 3.1.5 without delay. The update disables legacy native contract registrations at block 20,770,894 and alters cross-chain message deserialization.
