Robinhood Chain daily volume hits $389.5 million record
Dune put 1 September volume at $389.5 million, with meme coins and stock pairs at $217.6 million. DeFiLlama showed $1.56 billion DEX volume and $758 million TVL.
Robinhood Chain recorded $389.5 million in daily trading volume on 1 September, a new high on Dune Analytics.
Meme coins and stock pairs — on-chain markets that track listed equities — accounted for $217.6 million of that total.
The session extends a $3.75 million fee record already on the desk for the same day.
Traders on the chain, and holders of its 202 tokenized assets, sit in that flow. Tokenized assets are on-chain representations of stocks or other instruments.
Robinhood and Arbitrum have not confirmed the figures.
Where the volume came from
Dune Analytics attributes most of the 1 September volume to two groups: meme coins and stock pairs, together $217.6 million of the $389.5 million total.
The stock-pair share fits Robinhood’s retail brokerage business. The meme-coin share is a separate, more speculative tape on the same chain.
Those volumes printed against a list of 202 tokenized assets.
No official split of the rest of the day’s volume has been published.
Fees, transactions, and locked value
DeFiLlama showed $3.75 million in chain fees on 1 September. Fees are what users pay to transact. That print was already the high in public dashboards and is not a new record in this note.
The same session carried 5.5 million transactions.
Total value locked — assets deposited in on-chain contracts — reached $758 million on DeFiLlama.
Arkham’s dashboard placed Robinhood Chain ahead of Ethereum, Solana, and Base on chain revenue that day.
Ethereum recorded just over $347,000 in daily fees. Solana recorded almost $900,000. Those are single-session dashboard comparisons, not statements from those networks.
DEX volume versus Ethereum
Decentralized exchange volume — trading that settles in on-chain pools rather than with a central operator — hit $1.56 billion on 1 September, an all-time high on DeFiLlama.
That figure exceeded Ethereum’s DEX volume on the same day.
For users, that is a statement about where on-chain trading concentrated on 1 September, not a ranking of the two networks over time.
What remains unknown
Neither Robinhood nor Arbitrum has issued an official confirmation or a breakdown of the 1 September record.
The named figures come only from Dune Analytics, DeFiLlama, and Arkham.
Composition beyond the $217.6 million meme-and-stock bucket is not in those dashboards.
Whether the volume, fee, and DEX prints hold after a single session is not established.
