Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) reported its treasury composition as of 2 September 2026, totaling approximately $380 million.
The holdings include $90 million in indirect OpenAI equity through special purpose vehicles, an $18 million equity position in Beast Industries, 16,278 ETH, 301,971,219 WLD tokens, and $122 million in cash and stablecoins.
The company also repurchased more than 25 million shares under its previously announced $125 million share repurchase program during the past month.
Remaining unknowns
The WLD position represents about 8.3 percent of circulating supply and is the largest publicly disclosed institutional holding.
Valuations for the OpenAI and Beast Industries stakes, which are held indirectly via SPVs, and the realizable value of the WLD position at the stated $0.37 per token price remain undisclosed.
