Borrowers can pledge BTC or USDC as collateral for conforming home loans in all 50 US states and the UK.

The first lien remains a standard conforming loan under Fannie Mae guidelines; crypto is pledged collateral only.

Coinbase One members receive a 1% lender credit capped at $10,000.
