Arbitrum's Watchdog Committee has set a tentative Sept. 10 deadline for Good Entry, Limitless and APX Finance to address grant-misuse findings and return funds or face separate Snapshot votes on exclusion from future DAO programs.
The cited figures total 457,553 ARB across the three cases, but this sum combines separate findings rather than one recoverable balance. Committee findings remain allegations until the projects reply.
No project responses had appeared in the proposal thread as of Sept. 5, and no votes have been scheduled or approved.
Case details
For Good Entry the committee cited 142,839 ARB sent to 1,032 ineligible users plus self-farming claims; the original grant request was 200,000 ARB.
Limitless is accused of swapping 75,000 ARB to USDC and moving the funds to Base, matching the size of its LTIPP application.
APX Finance faces findings tied to 239,714 ARB involving unutilized treasury holdings, late transfers and alleged Sybil activity; its grant request was 525,000 ARB.
Scope of proposed bans
Any exclusion would be an off-chain social-consensus measure with no on-chain enforcement. It would bar founders, team members and affiliated contributors from future Arbitrum DAO programs.
