Tokyo-listed Remixpoint Inc. liquidated its XRP, ETH, SOL and DOGE holdings for $5.5 million and now holds 1,506 BTC as its sole digital asset.
Remixpoint Inc. (TYO: 3825) sold its entire holdings of XRP, Ether, Solana and Dogecoin, converting them into approximately $5.5 million and leaving Bitcoin as the only digital asset in its treasury.
The sales covered 1.19 million XRP, 901.45 ETH, 13,920 SOL and 2.8 million DOGE, producing a net realized gain of $737,000 after a $21,000 loss on the Dogecoin portion.
The company now holds 1,506 BTC valued at about $115.3 million.
Rationale and lending income
Remixpoint stated the move was made to clarify its investment strategy and improve capital efficiency in response to prevailing market conditions and differing risk-return profiles across the assets.
Proceeds are being considered for growth initiatives such as grid-scale battery storage, balance-sheet strengthening and measures to enhance shareholder value.
A separate Bitcoin lending program earned the firm 14.92 BTC in fees, worth roughly $1 million, between February 24 and August 31.
Remaining unknowns
Exact sale dates and trading counterparties were not disclosed, and the firm provided no further breakdown on how the $5.5 million will be allocated beyond the general statements above.
