Dashjr resigned as chairman, chief technology officer and director, with all of his equity repurchased under the joint statement.

The separation follows differing protocol visions, though the statement named no specific proposal as the cause.

New venture details absent

Dashjr is pursuing a new mining venture called CONVOY.

The announcement and public profile disclosed no endpoints, codebase, participating miners, infrastructure, fees or block-template policy, and no transfer of assets or staff from OCEAN.

OCEAN stated it will continue operating its transparent, non-custodial pool.
