ESMA MiCA Register: 165 of 167 Records from Consob
Official ESMA NCASP.csv data as of 21 August 2026 shows 98.8 percent of MiCA non-compliant entries submitted by Italy's Consob, with only three EEA authorities reporting.
The European Securities and Markets Authority's NCASP.csv file, updated 21 August 2026, contains 167 records of non-compliant crypto-asset service providers. Italy's Consob submitted 165 of them, or 98.8 percent. One entry each came from the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets and the National Bank of Slovakia.
The register exists under MiCA Article 110. An entry shows that a national competent authority submitted a notification; it does not indicate where the flagged entity is established or operates.
What the data does not show
Only three of the 30 EEA authorities appear as reporting sources in the current file. The absence of the remaining 27 authorities does not demonstrate lack of activity in those jurisdictions.
Remaining unknowns
No information is available on the methodology or assumptions used to compile the CSV entries. No data exists on the actual establishment or operating locations of the flagged providers.
