Changpeng Zhao, the former Binance chief executive, said at a public conference in Hong Kong that Bitcoin will reach one million dollars much faster than 25 years and called the outcome positive.

Zhao spoke on the Nakamoto Stage at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center during a session moderated by Kevin Follonier. He stated that Bitcoin will become more important than gold over time and that sovereign reserves will shift toward digital assets, with Bitcoin accounting for more than half of strategic crypto holdings alongside Ethereum and BNB.
