Pocket Bitcoin reported a support-system breach that linked real-world identities to Bitcoin addresses for 291 customers without affecting funds or keys.

Pocket Bitcoin stated that copied support records exposed varying combinations of names, postal addresses, Bitcoin addresses, identity-document copies and source-of-funds records for 291 customers.

The company confirmed it is non-custodial, never held private keys, and customer funds remain untouched.

Affected users received individual notices. The incident was reported to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner and to police.

No indication of misuse has been reported so far.

Exact fields exposed differ per user, and the total scale of any downstream impact remains unknown.
